The security question and answer is a vital part of our efforts to ensure the safety of our customers property. You would be surprised at the number of times someone has the correct customer number and password, but fraudulently requests changes to a license.

This question and answer is chosen by the owner of the license the first time they enter the Members Area. It's not unreasonable to expect the owner of the license to get this answer right since it was the owner that chose both the question and answer.

çünkü güvenlik sorusu ilk ürünü satın alırken çıkıyor ve sadece ürünü ilk etapta satın alan kişi biliyor bunu.

hayır, vB member area şifrenle giriş yapmış olsa bile, panelden güvenlik sorusunu düzenleme v.b. gibi bir şansı yok, onu sadece ürünü satın aldığında sana soruluyor, giriyorsun o etapta ve bitiyor.

Panelde de göremiyorsun, bu tür durumlar oluncada örneğin; eposta adresi, şifre, isim değişikliği yapmak istediğinde, destek ekibi güvenlik sorusunu soruyor sana yada lisans numaran ile şifreni

Şuan için tavsiyem ise şu şekilde:

vbulletin destek ekibine ulaş eposta adresinle (panelden değil):

vbulletin panelinde kayıtlı şifrenini değiştirmelerini ve senin için risk oluşturacaksa orda kayıtlı eposta adresinide senin istediğin farklı bir şey olarak değiştirmelerini ilet, güvenliğin için.
